Trying to put things on an even plane so we can compare I present both Relative and Absolute charts of both Cartel~Buster and GIMBO, for clarity in the same format for each.

Lets start with the slower of them CARTEL~BUSTER [Relative]

We are right up there in the NO-BUY ZONE where everyone is hotter than a $2 Pistol.  Cool your jets, time to let fools rush in where angels fear to tread.

Lets look at what CARTEL Buster is telling us happened this year.  Seems right.

Price does not match Breadth, here.  Now over time, Price resolves to Breadth.
We know the major weight in GDX is ABX which is ILL perhaps terminally so we excuse part of that.  The other part may or may not be a mystery. You decide.

Lets look at GIMBO which is our ADVANCE Guard, out in front.

 Not suprising, GIMBO is also telling us NO BUY here.  The dotted lines will be for our Subsequent SCALE-IN program.  No surprise here, but perhaps the next will be a major suprise.   Below is GIMBO ABSOLUTE [lime] against GDX,

REAL BOTTOM LINE ?  We got a long ways to go, Upside.  My thought here is we are in a rally that will return to base during September, and then give eveyone NOT in the PM SECTOR real heartburn when it takes off to the upside during the Q3 to Q4 carnage that is starting to show up.

    It is in anticipation of this background of the CHAOS that this Debacle will bring in, that I set up the SCALE-IN Program so you may enter the best vehicle with the least risk.   DG
